Our standard monthly service is bookkeeping and routine finance operations. Unless expressly agreed otherwise, it does not include tax preparation, tax filing, tax advice, audit, assurance, fractional CFO work, legal advice or other services outside the agreed scope.
You remain responsible for providing complete and timely information and for decisions made using the information we provide.
Any specific engagement is governed by the written terms agreed with you.
